Allworth Financial needed to meet the need of their growing company and needed to lease additional space. They also wanted to update their finishes with a more current look and feel.

They lease the adjacent space, re-designing both their new and existing space. The challenge was that they needed to keep their office running during construction.

As a solution, ROS worked on this project in 2 phases, first finishing their new expansion space to give them area to work out form, once that area was completed, we finished there existing space, successfully turning over their newly improved space on 11.30.22.
